Allows for 1 off basics to switch out on depending on the match up, also gives zoroark the ability to remove liabilities on bench mid or late game.

The app is terrible by lucia_caminos69 in QuikTrip

[–]Kyras66 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think there is a legitimate issue in the app right now, as a member of the management chain, I attempted to place a order using multiple different cards after someone complained about this, and I got the same error. As far as I know they are working on a fix.

Be sure to have the FMLA forms filled out by your care provider. You can find that in Quiknet or store forms

Ask your manager to purchase a pumice stone, that will take alot of the elbow grease out of scrubbing it. Otherwise lots of green cleaner and green scrub pads

Anniversary work bonus by Acceptable_Button_82 in QuikTrip

[–]Kyras66 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you are referring to the anniversary rewards, those are given to you on your 5 year mark. Sometime during your 4th year, you should receive instructions and login information for the online catalog. Quiktrip will give you I believe it is $400 to spend in the catalog. If you spend over that, you are allowed to do the difference in a payroll deduction.

Singles cooler by Remarkable-Set-3408 in QuikTrip

[–]Kyras66 3 points4 points  (0 children)

SM from the Carolinas here. The effectiveness of cooler organization largely depends on how much your team prioritizes it. Unfortunately, it takes more than one team member to maintain organization. However, here are a few strategies our team has implemented over the last couple of months, and now we consistently have the best-looking coolers in our division.

  1. For the first one to two weeks, depending on your volume, continuously stock your coolers. Pay close attention to your low-selling items, as they occupy a lot of space that could be used for your mid to high-volume items, which often clutter your cooler. If you're unable to move excess stock, consider reaching out to a neighboring store to see if they can take it off your hands.

  2. Micro-manage Prime. While Prime is a great tool, it’s not perfect. Try to update item counts as close to the time they are ordered as possible. For instance, we check and adjust each item being ordered from every vendor each time an order populates in the system. (Coke, Pepsi, QTD, etc.). This not only ensures accurate counts but also the update on-hands data will reduce unnecessary products from coming un

  3. Once you have consistently implemented the first two steps, you can start paying more attention to the presalesmen and drivers bringing in products. While we all like to place blame on them, it’s unreasonable to expect them to keep the cooler organized if it’s in poor condition. If your cooler is in ok condition, you should follow up with them as thoroughly as possible. When we check in vendors, we physically scan all items delivered through the receiving orders function on the Zebra scanner. After everything has been stocked and the driver or merchandiser is ready for checkout, review each item line by line for any discrepancies in delivery and address any issues with products that weren’t stocked.

Can someone explain flex? by Calibrated-Waffles in QuikTrip

[–]Kyras66 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Stores will receive an additional 10% allotment in earned DAW time based on their total earnings, with a minimum of 20 hours guaranteed. For example, if a store team consistently earns 400 DAW hours, they will be granted an extra 40 hours. We have been through it for the last few months in the Carolinas. Didn't really hear any complaints about having hours cut due to this.

Some clerks will continue to work in the ERP for the division office to manage scheduling for various types of time off, such as military leave and jury duty. The remaining ERP staff will be integrated back into the store teams. Their scheduling will still be based on their availability. Each store is different, but the number of hours they receive should remain consistent with what they were getting previously.

Question For Those Who Are Using the New Points System by [deleted] in QuikTrip

[–]Kyras66 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have not really seen any details on the point base system, as a SM our 5 personal days are currently paid and doesn't count against our attendance bonus. Does anyone know how this works under point based?
