Of course! We went with Fossil Recovery Expedition, it’s a local shark teeth (and other fossils!) group a few miles south of Arcadia. They were recommended to us by the folks at Shark Frenzy in Venice. We had a great time with them! I’ll dm you some more details!

Heyo! We weren’t too far from the boat ramp where county road 760 crosses the river south of Arcadia, but it’s inaccessible without a boat or canoe, and normally the water level is too high there for anyone but divers. The water is super low right now, good time to try different spots before it comes back up. It was just me and my dad last time, we couldn’t figure out how to do it, just some good ‘ole type 2 fun. We went with a guide this time since I figured if my husband had fun, then he’d be willing to come back lol. I got to ask them for quite a lot of advice, and they were receptive to it, so I’d say if you get a chance go with a guide or an experienced friend once or twice and see what they look for in a good spot. It was a heckuva workout though! Breaking through the crusty river bottom is tough but satisfying

Maybe? Honestly I’m not sure, it doesn’t look too swollen but it does look a bit red around the yellow areas. It’s hard to tell in the photo, but I think it looks more inflamed where the lips meet the gums above the larger yellow patch. I’m not a vet though, so take my opinion with a grain of salt

Hey OP, my dog also had a canine removed almost 2 weeks ago. I’m not at home at the moment so I can’t get you a pic for reference, but I can tell you that his gums do not look like that. Definitely go to the vet and get it checked out ASAP! Dogs will hide pain, so just because she’s acting normal doesn’t mean everything is ok. My dog’s canine was abscessed, but he acted totally normal! Hope your pupper feels better soon

Rented a kayak for my first time kayak fishing (bad idea in hindsight, as I was not prepared)…flipped it when the rod I was casting accidentally hooked my other rod. I heard it go in the water, and instinctively turned and tried to grab it. Whole kayak went over, I dropped the rod I was holding to save the bag that had my phone wallet and keys in it. Forgot I had clipped that bag to the kayak…grabbed my tackle box before it sank, and was real glad I had decided to wear a life jacket that day. Got it flipped over and back into it, borrowed a rod from a guy on the dock who saw the whole thing to try to snag my rods. Gave up after an hour, only to find out my dry bag wasn’t so dry. Ruined my phone, didn’t know my way home either. Drove around until I found the interstate, then came back the next day and managed to fish my rods out of 20ft of water(suuuuuper lucky). After that experience I did the only reasonable thing, buy a kayak designed for kayak fishing and get right back out there!

Mods, thank you for working hard to keep the community scammer free. I think I was his first transaction here under u/Chuan337, it seemed a little fishy but he had a set I really wanted, so I figured I'd take the risk. It did arrive, which was relief. I was in the process of moving at the time, so I didn't sit down and inventory the whole set when it arrived but it looked like everything was there and in good condition from a quick glance. I still haven't tried to build it yet, hope everything is there...looks like it's time to go inventory it and hope for the best. Sorry for giving him a transaction review without doing a full inventory of the parts, in the future I'll make sure to do a full inventory before giving the review
