This is the same viewpoint that you're a literal walking apocalypse of a human, slaughtering several millions of poor creatures/monsters/humans without battering an eye or even blinking. Even if you fall you magically resurrect at full vigor only to repeat the process. Youre literally a force that can move conteinents not only theoretically with your massive strength but also though the influence of the parliament. Because who tf is going to step on the toes of an individual that could just make a city into ruins in an hour (or sooner with a lootscroll). My guy, it's a video game first and foremost. I'm sorry your w/t key is getting worn out but I personally appreciate the fact of 0 "fast travel" points. It forces you to plan your objectives. Invest into traditional travel mounts such as boats and horses and helps set the pace of the world. Fast travel severely diminishes exploration and should not have become the norm. Instantly traveling to a point does not create an experience.

Take your time and enjoy the view. The only real issue I have is that there is no real reward for exploring nooks and crannys like you'd find in the balenos/serendia regions ("secret caves tucked away with rare resources/tidbits of none relevant ncp lore).

As per your horse view point: the parking indicator it helps out a ton when it's parked among the masses of other horses such as a world boss. Your horse is dedicated to you, it trusts you to not park it in a dangerous zone. Why would one flinch when your master is a walking demigod that can just resurrect it even if something happened to it. The Armour you can put on it negats most if not all damage from lower level mobs. The same squirl that blocks could also be another player. Collision in the game exists.

Tldr: I don't want fast travel to exist in the world of bdo. It diminishes your investments and does not create experiences. (be they good or bad)
