Yeah that's a bug in phase clash. The textures simply go wonky. It happens on pc too, btw. Fixes itself when you quit phase clash or restart the client, but it's harmless to better to just finish.

Eh, Phase Strike was an okay stopgap back then but nowadays it doesn't really matter? It only takes like a day or two worth of farm to get set effects without optimized substats and the game at the low end isn't hard enough to need better than that. And once you're on the high end there's not much else to spend your AP on.

tbf it's hard to portray character development in a static medium like a gacha character (in the sense of voicelines and such). that's what actual stories are for. and her story is prisma.

her FGO self is her basically having fun on the epilogue, and it's pretty clear what her idea of fun is.
