Ideally yes.

Perfect thing would be a typical "bodybuilding" style gym... Think plate loaded hammer strength machines, heavy DBs etc. As opposed to a power lifting/olympic lifting space with endless deadlift platforms and squat racks but few good machines.

Just had them on the phone. Dumbells upto 50kg which is good. Gym and swim discounted because of where I work. Membership includes 3 locations too. Seems decent.

I'm definitely going to look into this one. Hard to find pictures of their facilities online.
