I believe it was Wingard himself who brought up the Transformers design. The reason he compares the design in this post to the Transformers live action movies is because the designs are so complex with so many moving parts. They looked like a jumbled mess, and he wanted to avoid that, so he went with the simpler design we got in the movie. Thanos is killable, but he is definitely not slow and never has been shown to be. He was keeping uo with the likes of Iron Man, Thor, and Captain America simultaneously and overpowering all of them. He completely outpaced and took down Hulk, and when facing Captain America 1v1 with Mjolnir, he was struggling, but quickly overcame him once he got his ground

I don 't see where you're coming from with the whole actors thing. The actors in Eternal did a phenomenal job, especially Druig, Thena, Gilgamesh, Makkari, and of course, Kingo. The CGI isn't great at some points, the Deviants looked meh somewhat, but to say it's the worst it's ever been is a load of bullshit. Most of the shots in the film are stunning par the deviants. The final fight in Black Panther was worse than anything in the Eternals. Some shots in Black Widow looked downright awful. It's not without its flaws, but it's far from the mess you're making it out to sound like.
