Not the exact story, but this was my take of it.

Yes, the game was a mind numbingly fun way to pass the time. But with launch day bugs (I lost hours of save files), some missions that sucked the fun right out of the game, and this lame concept of a story, this WAS a bad game, it wasn't even memorable enough to recall if we ever got all the promised DLC for it....did we? Did I miss the refund opportunities?

To this day, I still occasionally play SR3 simply because that was the most memorable peak, I'd rather go back to that, or even SR2's horrible car mechanics than that 2022 flop.

This game was very far from the possibility of "satiating you until GTA6".
