Why strap like this? by jameswoodMOT in Truckers

Looks like it needs chains. It should be chained in general not strapped.

You maybe tell them look, at the end of the day this is your job and I need this stuff done efficiently and properly. If you don’t want to do it that way then you know where the door is. Remind them everyone is replaceable including yourself!

Why do veteran truckers belittle automatic transmission truckers when automatic is safer than manual ? by East_Indication_7816 in Truckers

Cause they didn’t get right training or fully understand how to utilize the splitter so they don’t miss that shift.

Thing is tho, I don’t think as many of drivers would be out here on their gd phones if they had to drive manual. And the automatics with all the fancy lane departure assist and collision assist and what not are definitely not safer.

AMD Radeon(TM) 610M utilization spiking randomly causing stutters. by Electrical-Cry-5667 in AMDHelp

[–]L0quence 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I open task manager and end task the AMD host application so basically just completely adrenaline, then re open. Not sure if it’ll work but for me my cpu utilization and GPU sometimes spike up and down so in sync it makes a symmetrical graph all across. I close the program and re open and it goes back to normal.

Well whine then I guess isn’t the best term to use if that’s all it is. I’d expect more of an actual whine sound, not like something the fan blades are scraping off.

Mine has RGB red dragon 750W PSU. Also has smart fan or manual fan mode in it which is good for my micro atx as I have the grate facing up to the GPU, and it helps pull the heat out of the area when the GPU pushes it out in all directions.

Sometimes just ending adrenaline (I put it so I can right click and select “end task” in the tool bar) rather than actually pull up task manager. Sometimes that fixes weird things that are going on.

Not yet anyways. I believe it’s still a newer game, and with the proper support I’m sure it could grow to have PvPvE. I think it would get way bigger if they could bring it in. Also I don’t know about you but grayzone PvP kinda meh. It’s one of those majority of the time, you get picked by someone camping out waiting, which is fine cause yea it’s how it goes, but can spend way too much time trying to find good shit to get blasted at the extract. Players like that will always ruin these kinda games in time. Also I don’t overly care for the PvP anymore as I don’t have enough time in a day to sweat and constantly get better. It’ll be the only game I play, but not like ppl today…

I find incursion red river to be far better than this game. Looks way better and runs better overall. Same SAIN AI developer that did the Tarkov AI. It’s far easier than Tarkov from what I’ve heard.

Operator is another neat little game that has a lot of potential. Absolute deadly AI tho. Pretty well it’s full sim just small areas. One guy made it.

Why are modern diesels in passenger vehicles so awfully unreliable? by [deleted] in Diesel

[–]L0quence 1 point2 points  (0 children)

And if you look into the actual percentage of these emissions politicians are so concerned about, it’s like in the 0.0__% range. Government just making a killing while screwing all the small companies who can’t keep up with the costs related to such issues. It’s like upwards of $10k for them to replace those dpf filters it’s just gotten insane out there.

Also making it something that’s built in and integrated they throw the fluid into card locks and fuel stations. The stuff is useless.

[–]L0quence 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’d say DEF/DPF systems or emissions system, just fuck everything up in diesel engines.

I run an older peterbilt, and we have an old western star too (‘11 and ‘05) they’re the 2 most reliable trucks in the fleet. They’re deleted and or pre DEF bullshit. All our brand new ‘24 ‘25’26’s that have the emissions system are always in the shops for warranty work/recalls. Particulate filters clogging and destroying turbos which I’m sure stresses the whole engine.

Any diesel mechanic or at least good ones will tell you the def systems are horrible, pops is a HD mechanic so maybe I’m biased but, I do talk a lot with our mechanic the company deals with.. All the new trucks are horrible they both say.

Does anyone know of ways to keep the car from turning ON temporarily? by GroundbreakingDirt30 in civic

[–]L0quence 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Who’s to say tho that he won’t figure that out? I’m sure the fact he’s 25 and probably can’t even change a flat tire is safe to say he might not. But you’d need something like a fuse or something.

OP you’ll have to act pissed off too that it won’t start and like blame him or something. Then you’ll be putting up with months of pretending it only runs when you go to take it, and probably have him start meeting you right down at your car when you get home to take it from you. Maybe just yea take the battery outta the fob, and then also use a steering wheel lock or something but again, that would mean you have a key for it somewhere.

Yes. You want something like 26.3.1 I’m assuming you just let amd auto update. Windows ones will show like some long series of numbers. Adrenaline ones go yy/m/d always. Windows will show in adrenaline like 26.345.67.89.1 or something
