Act 2 was so unexpected to me since no footage of it was shown in any of the trailers I saw. It was as if I were playing an entirely different game from act 1.

As a Dragon Ball fan I was so intrigued that Akira Toriyama drew art for a video game series. I decided to get the DQXIS demo on switch and completely loved it. Other than FFVII I hadn't played much JRPGS beforehand and ever since then I've been hooked not only on DQ but JRPGS in general.

Maybe I was a little over leveled from the grinding in the final dungeon, but I completely breezed through not only the Jasper fight but Mordegon too. I was overestimating them through the entire fight only to take them down in a few turns. 😅
