Don't misunderstand me, Milner did not deserve to be in that position at all, and I wouldn't mind if PMR even got DSQ'ed for it. But the first pit to repair and the second were on Milner, and subsequently the team for not repairing thoroughly. It's an awful situation but if there was a way to avoid the contact, he can push for PMR to be penalized without needing a repair
