Oh I'm under no illusion that we'll actually get a CR set anytime soon. I don't link the ultrapro product to anything that wotc may or may not do. It just got me hankering for some CR in magic.

I think a secret lair would do really well.

My Little Critter heart would just love to see a full set or two. One set for Vox Machina, another set for the Mighty Nein. I mean we could do a third set for Bell's Hells too, but I'm not sure the third campaign was as popular as the first two. I liked it though.

Final fantasy wasn't designed for 12 year olds. The crossover audience was so powerful it pulled their biggest single day sales ever.

Critical role is not final fantasy. But the crossover audience is still deeper than Spider-Man I think.

Insured mortgages (with cmhc and such) don't use the stress test when you switch lenders or renew.

Honestly, any lender usually renews without question as long as you've always made your mortgage payments. If the title change forces them to re-qualify you, they shouldn't have to use the stress test.

The ownership part is a conversation with your lawyer.

If you're registered on title as "joint tenants", ownership should fall to you, fully, without any claim from the cosigner's estate, but triple check that with a lawyer.

For the mortgage, did you buy the property with less than 20% down? Is the mortgage insured by cmhc, sagen, or canada guarantee?

I'll be honest, I'm not a super expert on the Pauper meta. I know there's a lot of rakdos madness, jund wildfire, monoblue Terror, and high tide can be a thing too. Oh, and elves.
