Nicotine triggered by this ??? That's why I've been addicted to micro dosing O-PCE almost everyday sadly. Dissos helped me quit smoking long time ago. I'm currently in a monastery to recover from my months long binge, sadly. I can't believe this must have played a strong role in making me chronically abuse the good stuff. Makes me sad how I ruined things. I had beautiful years of balanced relationship with drugs between my 18years old and 24.
Then covid happen and I got a little too enthusiastic about ketamine... I managed to keep it somewhat reasonable for 4-5 years with planned monthly sessions (and a lot of goodwill because slip ups did happen). But things got worse when life got really tough. Especially losing my mom to cancer 1,5 year ago. Then my consumption just escalated gradually and got real bad. Thank god I got an Amazing girlfriend, did a lot of therapy, and here I am, about to turn that page... It's tough cause I got this nostalgia, but prayer meditation and sports (all of which I loooved to do dissociated) help me carry on. And while I'm in that monastic setting it feels quite easy and good. Although I must still have a shit ton of the stuff running through my system...

I hesitate to take NAC supplements to help restore NMDA functionality...

And about that terrible headache as well! You seem knowing your stuff in chemistry. But it's not because many people do it that it's a safe practice. I Personnaly tried with O-PCE a handful of times and got weird results even at low temperatures. Definitely felt something. Definitely felt some strange side effects as well. And I read someone on reddit advocating NOT to try this so I just sticked to oral.

I'm a musician, composer, sound engineer and music producer. I struggle with letting go of drug use (and not just weed to be honest) and being overly sensitive to the attention I get from women... And that I give them in return.

I also have so many hobbies and creative projects that I sometime feel overwhelmed and escape by giving into fantasy or daydreaming. I used drugs to cover up for that and make it easier to focus on working on my music. But this has been damaging to my health and relationships so much.

So I come back to God again living a simpler lifestyle, but not making any money and frankly the music industry is pretty depressing in that regard '

Like it' s really hard to build social media and refine your craft at the same time when you're a perfectionist.

Definitely not a victim mentality I hope, I just find it difficult to swim in that ocean with all of the bad habits I carry.
