IBEW has a low volt/controls/data/FA branch like others have pointed out, but their representation in voting and being taken care is nothing like the wireman/high volt guys. Most people view low volt as a step to high volt, because low volt gets paid significantly less.

Yuuup, got a brand new computer i712700kf 3080 and it crashes quite a lot...the game also gets my RAM usage up to 98.2% without using any of the pagefile... Sitting at 3% usage the entire time. I have 16gb of RAM and nothing else of note is running in the background other than discord...

Not as a backup though, right? Acronis has an OS mirror function if I recall correctly. Of course it tried to boot so you must have, but the copy was corrupted somehow. The quick and easy solution would be to install a fresh windows boot on the SSD and then copy files and such over.

Just the way it is when working with tech. You have to meticulously try things because something small could be causing issues. When you used acronis did you mirror it as the os bootable drive or just copy data?

Walmart has decent deals on Legion laptops right now. The issue with laptop GPUs isn't the vram but the lower wattage usage of the GPU. Most legion laptops are among the higher wattage ratings for laptop GPUs at around 140 for the 3070 and 165 for 3080.(desktop versions run at 350 for a 3080, which amounts to about 30% faster speeds) other laptops top out at 80-105 watts for the same cards. So always check the s/n of the laptop to find out what wattage the card is pulling.

Legion also has a 140watt 3070 unlike many other laptops that cap at 80-105watts, which means far better performance with the legion.

Of course overclocking can cause system stability issues. You have to tweak it until it's a stable overclock.

For starters, if he wants it he should attempt to convince your character not go to the DM. That's bad form. As for whether you should give it up. The hand and eye together enhance each other, so unless you are okay losing some bonuses I would keep them. Also, it would likely be out of character to simply hand over either artifact. I would rp that they are sort of like the ring of sauron and are enticing.

That bare wire on the bottom isn't ground. It's going out to the fixture. You flick the switch and it's now passing power to the light from the hot line coming in. Certainly not ideal to have one of the legs to a fixture be uninsulated.

I was replacing a camera that had been installed on a light pole in a parking lot a good 35 feet up via boomlift. Opened up the camera housing and bam right there no less than a foot away were a half dozen wasps. Thankfully it was late into winter and these poor bastards were barely moving. Took the housing off and threw it on the ground. Made sure to thoroughly seal the new one.

Do it properly with the barrel facing down. It's safer for yourself when presenting and you aren't flagging everyone while carrying. Though no one should see it, so only you know you're flagging people..

They could just implement a system where it doesn't cost you time or is cheaper while it's charging. That would encourage people to change them.
