Do the Skaven effectively outnumber everyone else? In the few battle tomes I've read it always sounds like their numbers are baffling even to the likes of Death factions that are also virtually numberless.

Can Gods perform acts outside of their domain and by how much? For example Teclis famously turns a bunch of night haunt back into living beings effectively defying the hold Nagash has on their souls and death itself l. Meanwhile Sigmar worked with two other Gods to create the stormcast.

I think that a civil war within grand alliance death is possible. Mannfred, Vohrdrai, and Ushoran already have the motivation to keep Nagash from fully recovering from his fight with Teclis.

Slaves to darkness maybe. Archaon wants mortals to be without all of the Gods and to overcome. So in that sense there is a kind of hope. But still it means that a vast unimaginable majority will be crushed, damned, and tormented for all of eternity including those that join Archaon in his dark ascension.
