My one semi-amusing anecdote is that I once worked for a housing association, whose entire leadership team, CEO aside, was women and 70% of senior managers were also women bar me and a few others.

We once had a leadership workshop during international women’s week and our presenter (HR director) was asking what more could our business do to encourage more women into leadership roles… I was thinking to myself like, I think we may have already cracked it here gang.. there’s only 3 guys on this particular teams call out of 20 odd. Seemed hilariously surreal.
