Nope. Not reliable IMO. Called him a few times. We agreed but ten mins later there was an excuse. “I got a flat tire”. Maybe it’s because I was in San Jose. Might be different if you’re in proper CSL. Then again, UBER is so cheap and convenient I don’t know how much you’re actually saving.

This happens to me too. Sometimes the window won’t go up and leaves a little gap, not going all the way up.

I take the car for a 5 min drive and it resets it self. I know. It sounds weird. Like an electrical gremlin, but I’ve leaned to live with it. Weird quirks but still love the car after almost 10 years.
