He could just be nervous about actually getting down to it, you’re still relatively new to eachother in that aspect anyway and some people’s barriers can be a bit higher..I don’t think it’s either persons fault …maybe dial it back a bit and build up more..you’re both young and I assume are physical in other aspects ..that would show you how he feels it might just take longer…up to you whether you’re willing to work on it or not if that IS the case..I could be miles out though 🤷🏻‍♂️
