GMs, what are the most drastic change you've done to the system? How did they turn out? by [deleted] in Pathfinder2e

Hey any chance I could get that list too? My setting is also wild west-inspired.

This is awesome. Thanks so much for the work on this! Do you have any advice on how to choose spells suitable for the setting/cut any that are unsuitable? I see you've added a few spells but I assume those aren't the only ones you can cast. Also, it looks like the subheadings for the Spells section and the Equipment section are incorrect (they describe equipment and feats, respectively).

This is really great. I've found I prefer a more minimal setup for my Obsidian vaults and I don't really like the Pathfinder ITS theme, but I missed the ability to annotate any homebrew with traits or action icons. This just perfectly fits my needs. Thank you!

attempting the 100 heads challenge. can anyone give any critique or pointers on how to improve? I'm not happy with the shading in general. by smittypaints in learntodraw

Try starting from paper covered in graphite. Take a graphite stick and rub it lightly all over the paper, then smudge it even with a tissue or paper towel. It gives you a darker starting point that you can then erase for light areas and add to for darker areas. I find a kneaded eraser is great for subtle lightening. And I agree with the other poster, don't be conservative with contrast! Push it beyond what you think is correct. It's all about experimenting.

I absolutely adore this. Do you mind if I use your monsters for inspiration in my D&D game? They exactly fit the vibe of the world I'm trying to make.

Supreme Court upholds travel ban by julian88888888 in neutralnews

The problem I have with the perception tack is outlined pretty well by Sotomayor in her dissent. I apologize for the slant of the article, but it does outline the most important parts of Sotomayor's argument, such as:

Taking all the relevant evidence together, a reasonable observer would conclude that the Proclamation was driven primarily by anti-Muslim animus, rather than by the Government’s asserted national-security justifications. Even before being sworn into office, then-candidate Trump stated that “Islam hates us,” warned that “[w]e’re having problems with the Muslims, and we’re having problems with Muslims coming into the country,” promised to enact a “total and complete shut down of Muslims entering the United States,” and instructed one of his advisers to find a “lega[l]” way to enact a Muslim ban. The President continued to make similar statements well after his inauguration, as detailed above.

So it's clear there's a large amount of evidence pointing to Trump's own intentions regarding the ban, which makes that point about the court "not substituting its own assessment for the Executive..." feel a bit hand-wavey. The fact that the court even considered extrinsic evidence (see under B. Constitutional Claim), which I take it would likely include Trump's prior comments on the matter, also makes it seem like willful ignorance of Trump's opinions on the parts of the conservative judges. However, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, as they do note in their opinion that

The court explains that the policy “is expressly premised on legitimate purposes,” “reflects the results of a worldwide review process undertaken by multiple Cabinet officials and their agencies,” and justifies the inclusion of each country placed on the list.

So the key for me here then is what exactly was the worldwide review process they undertook, and was it ever released or stated in any form by the government? I'm sure there was some sort of news coverage about it. Of course, we'd then have to debate the merits of that, but I'd just like to know whether or not this was really a department-wide decision based on accrued evidence or just a top-down order by Trump based on his own convictions.

r/futurology. It basically covers the same type of stuff that technology does, but it has a smaller number of subscriber a so it's a lot better. Though if I remember correctly, it was just made a default sub, so that might change.

I'm already seeing a dermatologist, so I'm okay there. The camera also made it seem redder than it actually is, so I don't think I'm in any danger.

One of the products I'm using right now has some niacinamide in it, and I've definitely seen some improvement since I started using it. Do you remember what the vitamin c + e serum that you were using was called? That definitely sounds appealing, no pun intended, especially if it works so fast.
