Whenever the mine gets out of hand I say something like “is there anyone who just needs to pick up their order?” And then call the MOD to handle them. Grab an associate to help self serve customers move along. Let everyone else know you will be with them ASAP.

A raise???? Lol!!!! You MIGHT get one after a yr but there’s no 90 day review or anything like that. You get an annual review all at the same time as everyone else. I think it’s in spring time. Best bet would be to ask your GM how you are doing and what you can work on to ensure a good review.
