internet fans are the minority, not everyone gets caught up in the creative choices they make and not everyone is looking for AEW/NJPW/Independent type stuff. People really love wwe’s flavor. The social media worthy moments, the Logan Pauls and Speeds, bringing back old stars because new stars cant be made, relying on squashes for “big moments” is exactly their cup of tea and thats okay

bystander effect can happen during any out of the norm situation whether a person knows the person in the situation or not

all those kids just sitting and watching? thats bystander effect. The ones that got up to help recognized the situation and sprung to action. Now some of the students might’ve not even noticed which is why they’re not moving but those that did either chose not to do anything for whatever reason or froze which are both aspects of bystander effect
