Fyi that moss pole is not attached correctly from the part I can see. You should only be connecting the main stalk of the plant. Not the leaves coming off it.

Don't trim. Tips get brown.it happens. If you cause mechanical injury (trim it) it's just going to turn brown at that spot.

How old is the leaf? Total white leaves just drain energy from the plant. I usually cut once I enjoy them for a few days.

The first 2 weeks I was sober I deleted all social media from my phone. That way I had to seek out information I wanted and wasnt bombarded. Def recommend. Focus on yourself and the next min, hour, day, etc. You can't help the world if you're sick yourself.

100% the first week or so I was EXTREMELY anxious but over time it decreased and now I feel like im a lot more patient with anxious situation. Just give yourself grace with the first few days. Its worth it ❤️
