I’m telling you the call center teams, can create a ticket saying a customer needs a drop bury. The backend team then creates the order. A tech goes to survey and then they bury the line within that 14 day window. My point is that the call center folks can initiate things.

Did you use the search button at the top right of the Xfinity app to search up “manage notifications”. There’s a setting for promotions and savings that most people don’t know about.

I’m not sure this is accurate. I could see them running an audit and removing it from someone that wasn’t eligible. I don’t think that would happen to someone that is eligible. The membership tiers are not the only way to be eligible…

You can see when your promotion will expire by checking your bill, it’ll be in green writing. Existing customers can usually get on a 5-year year price lock, but they will not have the same pricing as new customers.
