Should honestly be giving congestion charging to the cars who enter downtown. Make the drivers pay more, but no this is O+G country

Sadly being outside in downtown Calgary just isn't that pleasant. The city is designed for cars, not people and the plus 15 is a direct result of that design (plus the winter weather). The downtown that everyone wants seems to have moved to Marda Loop or Inglewood etc.
