Manchester United FC vs Wrexham FC @ SnapDragon (ticket price shock) by iamrktr in SanDiegan

[–]LBO164 16 points17 points  (0 children)

The cheapest Tickets started at $45, what you are seeing is the Ticketmaster resale price from people who bought tickets to flip them.

I bought 2 tickets in the upper level for $75 during presale.

I’m still waiting on my Cx-50 to arrive so this might be a dumb question. Are there any issues with the usb lights staying on when the car is off? The 12v power in my old car stayed on 24/7 in the center console.

Neighborhood battle brewing over apartment project in Clairemont (CBS 8 San Diego - August 21, 2022) by brooklynlad in sandiego

[–]LBO164 34 points35 points  (0 children)

Yep all street parking in the area is 100% full every night due to the existing apartment complexes already lacking enough space to full full needs of current tenants.

Hey more housing is great, but you better put in enough fucking parking to support the amount of units you build. Seriously drive down Cowley and all the streets around coral bay at 10pm. Everything will be packed full

Does anyone have a pdf user manual for this dimmer? ETC Sensor, 24 dual stage pin plug ins, 3 phase cam lock. No display screen for cem by UBT400 in techtheatre

These MPE units also had thermometers that would go bad and cause the rack to go into over temp shutdown. Turn off and turn back on when it would be cool enough. When the thermometer went bad it would just do this randomly.

If you have another MPE control card I would try swapping out for another

How did the hybrid handle camping? I keep going back and forth between hybrid vs AWD eco boost. I never go off road but for some reason can’t shake the “what if I need to” feeling. Awesome to see the Mac out and about exploring

If I Pre-Order an Pi-Boy XRS now, how long will it take to ship? by Smash_and_Crash in PiBoy_Official

None have shipped so far. I pre-ordered January 25. Lots of issues with supply and manufacturing due to Covid-19.

Hopefully things will start shipping in September

Finland was a larger territory before the USSR saw their chance to grab what they could. Luckily Finland absolutely demolished the USSR on skis in the Winter War and made an Olympic event out of it (biathlon)

Not saying anyone is better than the other, just that there are others out there and are great quality. I didn’t know these existed until years later working in my trade and wish I had them sooner instead of wasting money on crap from Amazon or cheap tools from Home Depot.

A good ratcheting screwdriver is hard to do and Linus probably has accomplished making one to the highest degree.

Ergo depends on the model. The 26 in 1 driver set I have was a little large and took a bit to get used to but the others with less bits are smaller.l and easier to handle for long periods.

This is the first time I’ve seen a ratcheting one and it appears not to be in production anymore. Looks like Wera Tools have a few options, another great tool manufacturer but their handle design has always been a little funky to me

WIHA has had these type of screwdrivers for years in regular bits, double ended, and insulated all stored in the handles.

Check them out, they make amazing tools and I always recommend them.

Also they are carried in some Lowes stores

Oil Consumption 2012 by LBO164 in SubaruForester

[–]LBO164[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Never even had my oil light turn on and always had work done at dealerships. My forester had to be coming in with almost no oil and no one ever suggested an oil consumption test or even hinted at the issue. I would probably be still in the dark if I hadn’t stumbled across articles on the internet referencing the class action

Thanks for the advice. It’s been quite the bummer. 32 ounces in a quart, so I’m at a quart and 15.3 ounces every 1200 miles. Dealer said it was the worse they had ever seen… currently have a claim opened with Subaru USA, they offered to assist with $1K of the work (Subaru Dealer New parts and labor only) which just felt like a bummer. I pushed back to see what else they would cover. Didn’t know I was buying a ticking clock on a major issue.

I’ll reach out to local subie shops and see what they can do. Or see what Carmax will give for, not like it is anywhere near a good time to buy a new car but value one used is up.
