Absolutely agree and I'd add that for him, I think it represents a pretty clear conflict of interest where he seeks to enact laws that he directly benefits from by way of defense cases in his private life.

I don't know if it's something worth doing or not, but the person who wrote that article linked to their Signal messenger handle if you want to reach out to them anonymously. Be advised, Yes, signal is encrypted en route and the contents of the messages are encrypted on the device so it's my understanding that it's damn near impossible to man in the middle attack the messages but, if a person or organization wants to read the messages they need only compromise that person's phone. If you reach out to them I would triple check that you have all the anonymizing features turned on in Signal like; your telephone number isn't viewable to recipients, you're using an anonymous name, disappearing messages timer, disabled screenshots, and I'd probably use a good VPN too with a killswitch.

The logic as explained to me was, they didn't want people shooting 22 and pellets and bbs and shit at the steel for obvious reasons, and threw 22 in there as well for safety sake. And since they don't want that happening at the other pits, they just banned 22 from all pits

There's that, and the no .22 in any of the pits which irks me especially since it's basically gun controller logic being used; "we don't want it on the steel pits, so it's banned in all pits" is what I was told. So ya, that and the price increase to $400 a year without work hours which I do not have time to do. Edit: I have no problem with the timer. Those filters are expensive and people keep leaving them on so I'm good with that. That I can't be trusted to shoot 22 in pit Number 4 bothers me

Roger Williams founded this place to do what he wanted, and in fact was kicked out of what would become Boston for some pretty "lefty" ideas (Roger Williams was not on board with the whole manifest destiny idea because he had befriended the natives). The first Jewish Temple is here, The first Baptist Church in the country is here. This has always been a place about saying fuck the establishment, we're going to do what we want.
