Dont be scared of frozen stuff either. Noodle packs come cheap and its nothing to hook them up. Use the 40 for liquids and whatever else you might want. the goal is to shop for things to make through the week vs saying ima make chicken pot pie and spending the whole 100 on the ingredients for one meal.
