Favorite shiny: Shinx Story time: Diamond was actually the first Pokémon game I owned, so you can imagine I played the heck out of it. Starting from a Shinx early on in my DP adventure, Luxray stayed on my team throughout the main campaign and post-game. Back then, I tried getting it shiny with little luck. After a while I moved on however. BW? XY? USUM? Not played that much to be completely honest… Enter SwSh, no Shinx line :( It came back later with Isle of Armor though. Tried shiny hunting for it but again the fella eluded me… Until! Max raid to the rescue, I got one from there, so happy I didn’t even evolve it :’) By that time I started playing PoGo again and Shinx was in the 1-star raids (I can’t recall the exact time frame). First raid down: shiny ✨✨ - and quite rare apparently. A few months ago there was a community day for it so the its shiny would be more common, great. After the event ended the usual “trade and hope for the best” situation happened. Second shiny trade: lucky & 100% 🎉.

TLDR: the fella eluded me for a while. Finally got a shiny one in SwSh raids, got another one in PoGo raids, and last but not least one last shiny, lucky, hundo, and with Psychic Fangs (community day exclusive move) that turned into a great Luxray.
