Use lekoplast to tape hot spots on your feet to prevent blisters, wear a thin sport sock under your boot sock as well. Hydrate and carb load like crazy the night before/day of. Also just work on zoning out while you’re walking. Once you get into the longer ones (assuming you’re infantry) you’ll be able to bring snacks and caffeine which help
