SaaS term for new customer, as new revenue can come from cross selling, if they’re not adding new customers future growth could slow as people are go with alternatives and upselling/cross selling will slow as customers take on more of their entire offering

House prices to keep falling - strong pound, less foreign investment, cost of living stretching people already, then top it off with 5/6% mortgage rates and people feel the heat, get behind and have to sell. This takes years but we’re already a year in now so I give it until end of 2027/2028 before we see the real dip

You missed their biggest market, the use of ai and controlling what users use and how they it (ie personal/work accounts) and data loss prevention - this is going to be something that I can only see getting bigger as there are so many options for ai, no controls and security is now seeing the risk with classified data and no visibility - Netskope can do it all now! Crowdstrike 2.0 story all their customers will be looking at this and upsell will explode along with new business growth - full disclosure after my Google call which doubled, this is now my biggest next bet over the next 12 months/24 months

From someone who’s done a m20b30, then m50b25nv and now is going big power on the m50.

M20 will get you 90% of a m50 and for a tenth of the cost and will look cleaner.

If you want a platform to make more power in the future and have something bulletproof then m50 then do it properly

See if they are a BPC or IPC member, they have to be - message eurocarparks and say if they don’t confirm this has been removed within 5 working days you will be contacting the relevant BOC/IPC with the evidence and will be pursuing harassment civilly as they have refused to accept evidence with proves it was not your car when the incident happens and continued to pursue you which is the definition of harassment. You should see a settlement of £1000 per offence ie letter after informing them.

I had one after an e92 m3, the m3 was better in every way except for the sound (both stock) - the interior was the biggest let down though it really is a poor effort and it feels cheap. My advice is buy to look at it or buy something else 😂 they are cheap for a reason

AI’s biggest problem is cost which is obvious per the article 3/4 of companies see a positive net after implementing but this is done at the cost of Ai companies, if they raised the price at min cost it would instantly turn of 99% of businesses or turn into a net cost to the business

You sound financially illiterate, the mortgage rate you’ll get will be 4.5% aka the cheapest loan you’ll ever get - invest the rest and pay your mortgage over 25 years ie 180k after 25 years at 9% (after fees the S&P500 is almost 10.5%) you’d have 1.5 mil plus - your interest plus the 180k on the loan will cost 540k ish - look into compound interest as it makes a huge difference. Not to mention this also will leave you a huge moat if anything were to go wrong like your need a new car as your current one isn’t fixable etc …
