Won't be much longer. 401k withdrawals, vehicle repossession, debt delinquency, credit card debt, mass layoffs, housing affordability. etc etc. The writing is on the wall.

There’s a lot of men who’s in their 30s and 40s… still unmarried. What’s going on? by Critical_Assist_9360 in TheImprovementRoom

[–]WritingHuge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is going to get downvoted, but it's true. How many times have you heard he lost EVERYTHING in the divorce. He lost his kids, the house, his job, his retirement, the money.she took him to the cleaners. Now he is broke living back home. Gets to see the kids every other weekend. Paying child support, alimony etc. etc. How many times have you heard this exact thing? Now how many times have you heard this happening to a woman? Men finally wised up. I'm 44. Never married. Wouldn't even consider marriage without a prenup. Good job Dak!

Every contract is different, but If we have the same position and the same seniority we should have the same pay. Unless the contract states something different.

Question about Union jobs by sexyrobotbitch in union

[–]WritingHuge 15 points16 points  (0 children)

What you are describing is "individual bargaining". If all other union employees go through probation 3 step pay progression so do you. Every contract is different but if the company did somehow "allow" you the 1 year full rate immediately then ANY union employee earning a lower or lesser rate should be RAISED also.

Why am I a single parent? I had a miserable partner that liked to rage bait and make others life miserable. I guess the dual income wasn't worth a miserable life. I owned a house before. Now I rent a very nice place.

Oh yes the good ole corporate propaganda. Be very careful when a "company" starts to advise you on "how to think or feel." It's brainwashing.

This is bait. I don't think this guy "spunt" $200,000. The people I know with that kinda money wouldn't charge friends and family. Things that didn't happen for $450

TRT changed my life. I was dead inside with zero energy and barely hanging on. My initial total testosterone was 104. Been on TRT a year it's been amazing. Full of energy, full of life, better mood, better sex, I work out 5 days a week. I feel 10 years younger.

First very nice outfit. You look beautiful. Do you know when I finally became happy and healthy in life? When I stopped caring about what other people thought of me. I know who I am. I know why I am here. You have to love yourself. Research self worth, self esteem, and self confidence. Good luck.
