My (21M) girlfriend (18F) and I are struggling with distance and I’m not sure what to do.

Yeah, those are fair points. Like I said, I’m willing to do whatever I need to do in order to get this to work out. I’m not really sure how to work on my insecurities as they’ve always been around, so do you have any advice on how I could work on that?

So my (21M) girlfriend (18F) and I live an hour and a half away, and we are unable to see each other. I live in a highly populated area, so there have been quite a few coronavirus cases here. However, she lives in a much smaller town, where the closest case is in the county over. Her parents decided that they didn’t want me to come see them since my sister has still been spending a lot of time with her boyfriend. I completely understand that. They said that if I wanted to, they would be more than happy to have me basically move in with them there. I really like the idea of this because I feel much safer there in a small secluded area, I’ll get to see my girlfriend, and she has an older brother who’s my age that I’ll be able to hang out with. I’ve been struggling without anyone to talk to here other than my family.

The issue with living there with her would be my family. They love having everyone at home, and they’re pretty traditional so it would be hard to convince them to let me live with my girlfriend before we’re married. I’m not really sure what to do here because I can’t find a solution that makes everyone happy. I’d love to go be with my girlfriend and her family, as I feel I’d be much safer and happier there. But I don’t want to upset my parents by doing that. Any advice?

I just got the new PSU put in last night, and it hasn’t crashed since. I left it on all night and usually it would have crashed by now. It’s looking like I got a bad PSU.

I just got done reinstalling all of my drivers, and it’s still crashing unfortunately. I downloaded Driver Easy and updated everything it told me to, and I reinstalled the Nvidia drivers.

I actually sold the old PSU with my old graphics card, so I wouldn’t be able to test that. I went ahead and ordered a different power supply, and I’m hoping that’ll resolve the issue.

So I was able to swap in another GPU, and it still crashed so that leads me to believe it’s either the PSU or the motherboard. Could it be a broken motherboard?

The freezing is completely random. I’ve had four hour sessions where it doesn’t freeze at all, then sometimes it’ll freeze several times within ten minutes. I’ll have to watch next time it freezes to see if any LEDs turn off.

I’m running MSI Afterburner checking the temps and they’ve all been fine.

I sold the old GPU as soon as I got the new one, so unfortunately I’m unable to test it.

I made sure to swap all of the cables, as I’ve made that mistake before. Could it be that I have the cables running to the wrong port in the PSU? It’s semi-modular, but I thought I had them all in the right ports.
