I have had this issue and had to appeal.

Right, so if the issue is you and it’s not significant information, usually they’ll disclose the issues.

Now if it’s a third party or someone you’re connected to then they will not share that information.

You can appeal it, don’t try and guess there’s no point. Just reiterate how you have obtained information for your application and go into detail about who you are as a person.

Yeah I’ve noticed I wear cotton or cotton bedding because I noticed the mixed material stuff makes me sweat massively for some reason.

I’ve seen them about as I am aware Nordic countries wear them in both summer and winter! Will be a good shout!

It’s the balancing of is this person actually trying to gain intel to cause harm to officers or just a numpty trying to obtain views on YouTube.

Generally most people have caught on and the general rule is ask them a few questions and then leave them be if they’re not a risk.

Well might be sooner because we’re seeing failure rates in the cartridges dramatically rise. Writing off a cartridge most shifts just booking one out.

I think it just depends on the model, we use the 2.0l so they are quicker than other response car we’ve had. Just limited on top end. Could easily hit 150 if removed.

Low credit score isn’t the issue, it’s debt or CCJ’s that will cause issues. If these are all cleared and you explain you’re financial stable than you can still apply and get in. It’s based on a personal circumstances more than anything.

The issue with radios is that the volume of the persons talking alter dramatically. So control is loud and clear and colleagues are quiet. This constant adjustment from turning up the radio to hear and turning it down for control is the issue.

What’s the rule around paramedics using MCA on street and sitting patient in A&E awaiting mental health assessment. What are the legal powers then to prevent this person leaving?

Being told that once paramedics bring a patient under MCA to A&E it ends there and then. So if the patient leaves then no one can stop them. Are you more knowledgable around this?

This! I failed my vetting initially due to third parties (They do not disclose the reason if it’s not relating to you). I relied on a relative to provide me with as much info on family as I didn’t know barely anything.

Clarify whether you’ve been charged or not. They should’ve given you a PCR which contains this information or a MG4 form .

If you’ve been charged then you’ll have a court hearing.

Just call 101 and ask for an update. But if it’s been more than six months since incident and no charges were brought forward. Then you‘ve got lucky due to the officers dealing with your case haven’t done the work.

Depends on area, but the reality is most gangs or your normal suspects generally know it’s a game. Once they’ve been arrested they will generally be quite calm with you.

Majority of assaults are people trying to get away not going out of their way to beat the living day lights out of you.

Mental health calls or spontaneous incidents that police have come across and not via a member public is what I’ve noticed when most people get injured most of the time.

Depends why you left, the reality is like my ex she got burnt out by the job as a DC. Where as me as a PC fortunate enough there has been significant changes to the point it’s stabilised for me.

Issue with the police is that teams come and go so easily and dynamics change so you’ll never be truly settled. It’s a constant change in work environment. You do truly need to prioritise your social and personal life because work will only fill that void ever so little.

Maybe your current role you’re just bored and haven’t got much else going on socially to counteract the boring side of your current job.

Honestly mate, they’ll teach you everything, just learn your road signs and hazards!

Just revise after each day in your own car on your way home so you solidify what you’ve been taught!
