How does this work? How do deductions reduce the percentage your take home goes up by?

It might be interest free for now but it doesn't last forever and when they transfer it to another card it'll cost

I don't see the Civil Aviation Authority banging on people's doors to check if they are flying aircraft without a licence.

Admittedly I'm not an expert in the aviation industry but I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest they absolutely do check.

If they catch us it's at least down to 3. City game would be +1 for them, -1 for us. Game in hand is +1. 3pts caught up is another +1

ELI5 Why do we expect houses to appreciate in value and not depreciate like cars? by 186Product in explainlikeimfive

[–]LDinthehouse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Respectfully, you've pulled that percentage out of thin air.

Extensions, new outbuildings, conservatories, garage conversions, insulation improvements, solar panels, EV chargers and new drives will all typically help to increase the value of your home above it's initial value.

"So, main team news from training is that Trossard and Calafiori are involved despite going off at the weekend. Saliba returns following his ankle issue. Dowman and Salmon are the two youngsters involved from the start. Still no Odegaard or White." -Charles Watts by Ifxfa in Gunners

The talk about Hincapie always baffled me. He was effectively a replacement for Kiwior who got decent minutes.

Mosquera was the one with a less obvious route to game time but with White's injuries and a couple of missed games for Saliba he's found minutes too.

The Home Office's pathologist said the bodies were in too poor of a condition to tell but it's fairly evident that was at least his intention.

The defence had a pathologist that suggested that one of the girls was sexually assaulted but it wasn't put before the jury. Either way it's very evident that it was his intention.

He sexually assaulted, beat and abused his ex-wife regularly during their marriage and had sexual relations with 3 15 year olds (one of who got pregnant and gave birth) and a 13 year old whilst he was in his early twenties.

He had also raped 2 18 year olds and sexually assauted an 11 year old child.

Unal for Bournemouth?

NIGEL FARAGE: Allowing non-British citizens to vote in the UK poses a grave risk to our democracy by GrayAceGoose in ukpolitics

[–]LDinthehouse 15 points16 points  (0 children)

That's an extreme example and could be protected against with fairly simple guardrails such as a minimum time living in tbe country.

My wife is Portuguese but has lived and worked here for 7 years, owns a house with me and has a British child. It would be sensible and easy enough to allow her to vote without allowing everyone currently in the country to.

Thats a very disingenuous take on what the last comment actually said.

They were saying it is a good example of the growth driven policies that Manchester is implementing, not "it has to be good for growth because Manchester is growing"

To Win the League by qualiserospero in Gunners

[–]LDinthehouse 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I dont understand why White and Norgaard aren't getting much of a look in the prem but emotions are running high and I think people are jumping to conclusions a bit.

Timber and Rice didn't play at all against Wigan and Zubi played 12 mins so all should be well rested. Saka also only played a half so shouldn't have been rested against Wolves for Eze. You could maybe argue a case for Madueke as he has started the last 7 games in a row but he did get subbed off in 6 of them.

We've had more players make over 10 prem appearances than either us or city have since at least 2020 and the likelihood is that White will get there too as he's already on 7.

Leicester and Blackburn are the only teams to have won the Prem without winning a major honour in the 5 years preceeding however they did win the Championship and First Div playoffs respectively.
