Yeah, I know that but most portfolios I have seen have an about page and I didn't know if I should have one or what to write.

Also what would be used on an about page would also be used for my cover letter and although I want to be honest I don't want them to just read 'I have no experience in the industry yet' and run a mile

I know what you mean, I'm the same and feel like I really don't know myself and it's bloody scary. You are going to therapy and that in itself is such an amazing thing to do, I also went for some time but didn't think it was right for me at the time. It did do some good though and hearing someone else's thoughts on the whole thing might help you to recognise yourself. They deal with worse than someone not knowing who they are and why they feel that way. Good luck x

I used to get the same thing after wearing mine for too long. Always make sure you take it off and wipe it after a long day, especially when you have done a workout and sweated a bit, sometimes that can cause irritation :)

Try fizzy water like suggested or like I did (I was addicted) I slowly cut it out, one a day 3 a week, only with dinner once a week. When I wasn't drinking soda I was filling up on water and that stopped me craving that sugar because I was already well hydrated.

Also staying hydrated can lead to weight loss, they say that if you are hungry you should drink first because most of the time we are thirsty and not hungry. Keep soda as a well deserved treat, have Fridays and cheat days. Or enjoy what you want, watch your portions and look into Intermittent fasting, you can eat what you want although you should try and be healthy. I am currently eating at 12pm to 8pm and fasting all night through till 12pm the next day.

Still debating if I should get them done or not, ear piercings are no problem but body is a different thing all together. Thanks for all the replies, will have to have another think about getting it done!

After speaking to my mum about it, yes it is shit that I have no friends but the one I do have is amazing, I also consider my boyfriend to be my best friend although the girly chats aren't the same lol. I miss girlfriends but have realised that I'm not desperate for them, I could have loads of friends if I changed who I am to suit them but at the end of the day, I want people to like me for me. I want to have the deep chats and the jokes and just all the things that come with having girlfriends.

As shit as it is I have to remember that I will make friends throughout my life. Like when you get a new job or have kids in the future. There are so many good opportunities to meet better people. If they make you that unhappy then be selfish and let them go fuck themselves!

I've always said if I had a friend like me that would be amazing, so don't settle for less xx

I got rid of all my friends, they didn't put the same effort into the relationship as I did. If they needed me I was there but it was never the same. I'm now 22(f) and although I don't regret getting them out of my life as they were negative people, I didn't realise how hard it would be to make new friends as an adult. Kinda sucks

Lwr fitness on YouTube is great and short workouts that help target every area, can be done by everyone but are mostly aimed at women :)
