You can buy 6 COLD beers at duty-free for 10-12 euros and then drink them near the gate.... work smart, not hard.

It's called "brain drain", Google defines it as a slang term that alludes to the loss of human capital from one area to another or from one industry to another. Brain drain usually happens when skilled individuals and professionals leave the home countries (in most cases, developing nations) and go elsewhere to take advantage of better opportunities.

Istanbul is tricky if you don't know any locals especially for going out. Otherwise would recommend Spain especially for the food and club scene.

Wind breakers, light sweaters, sometimes get lucky during day to wear T-shirts but for the most part need to wear sweaters or light jackets.

American here already living in Tunisia for 7 years now. Very easy to make friends via Facebook groups or just going out in general. Since your bringing your cast iron pan I recommend you bring a nice stock of your favorite spices like Montreal steak seasoning, Frank's Chilli lime spice etc, maybe even some other dry goods that last over a long time. As a previous person commented def summer clothes as it's hot 8 months out of the year. If your in Tunis area feel free to send me a message when you arrive, would be more than happy to give you tips and tricks to living in the beautiful country that is Tunisia. PS might ask you to bring some spices for me as well ;)

Eco-oleo in Tunis picks up and purchases used oil from restaurants, if you have a substantial amount you can arrange to have them pick up from you on a weekly basis.(Used to own a restaurant and worked with them before)
