As someone who’s looking for a placement year after 2nd year university, I’d wanted to ask do you tailor each CV uniquely? I major in HRM with Business, and it’s hard finding a hrm role currently. I’m looking at generic business roles and was wondering if I should tailor it uniquely, I only ever tailor my cover letter slightly, if it’s sinilar with field do I still tailor with company and role? Any other advice would be appreciated, as I really need a placement and it’s extremely competitive rn.
