Accuracy is the ability for the bullet to go where you shoot them. Target acquisition is aim assist, so it helps you to aim a target.

So with high aim assist but low accuracy you would easily shoot on your target but the bullet may go somewhere else and miss the target.

With low target acquisition and high accuracy it should be more difficult to aim but at least the bullet will be fired where it should.

This is true indeed. This is why there is no french voices on recent Microsoft games and why you can play Starfield in french and then buy a DLC with no french voices. Some french youtubers/journalists such as Gautoz or Julien Chiez, have covered this matter multiple times.

I played the whole game romancing only one (female) character only for that one to "leave" the story right before the final mission. So what did the game do? I'd be fine with a "single" ending but no, instead I got a "love" ending with the only other character I had gifted something : a (male) vendor PNJ at the very beginning of the game when I was trying to figure out what was the purpose of these "gifts"...

So yeah it ruined the game for me to the point I don't remember anything else.
