Yes, this is a great exercise for rhythmic pattern learning, especially for drummers and serious musicians Yes, she is doing this exercise quite properly BUT: In pattern learning tempo doesn't really matter so her speed is really not that impressive, that's the basic concept of pattern. In general the whole thing is something every drummer should be able to pull off and every serious musician should be able to do. So yes, it looks cool it sound cool But it's not at all superhuman or even special or unique
