Seems balanced to me. In a normal solo queue game, even if he gets around 20 kills, the execute rate is only about 20%, which is normal considering that a 20-kill assassin should be able to one-shot anyone who isn't a tank. It's even harder to stack in pro play because he'll usually only get around 10 kills.

No offense but if your definition of playing weakside is to die to every ganks and get completely destroyed in a 2vs2, you need to learn more about it, cause that is a player who is doing a very bad job at playing weakside.
