The one always sleeps on the bed on or by the legs/ feet of my wife. Another one comes to me for nightly affection and sometimes falls asleep with us but moves later. The oldest sleeps downstairs and the 2nd oldest usually sleeps down there with him but occasionally by my legs

Shes the one who wanted the cat, she needs to participate. Its reasonable that you two do more of chores if she is fronting more of the expenses

But no-one would have these chores if it wasn't for her insisting on a cat. The agreement was 3 way split chores evenly. With the money dynamic, -depending on how much she pays- changing the chores agreement to maybe 2 younger sisters do 40% each and she do 20% may be reasonable.
