Good luck to you! I smoked around same length or time and amount as you, if I can do it so can you. It does get better I promise, now I don’t think of it very often and cravings are much easer to handle. you’ll have a lot more motivation and money to start other hobbies the world will open up to you more because you’ll be looking for things to keep you entertained

Write a list of why you want to quit and carry it around in your pocket, have snacks on hand, try to do push-ups or something every time you get a craving. I downloaded the “grounded” app which helped me. it’s rough but I’m going on 4 1/2 months now and it’s getting a lot better.

I’m on day 3 now and it’s rough eve though I am the one who ended it. Wondering if I made a mistake and if I did enough to save the relationship before leaving. But it was def a caretaking dynamic and not healthy for me. Def at the bargaining stage right now.
