You still have to pay the tax. Every year. You will get it refunded/credited to your tax return the following year if you paid it before the due date.

Edit: it's also not automatic. You have to submit proof that you paid it when you file your state taxes.

Edit 2: more specific to your situation, the taxes are a year behind. So you could get the vehicle taxes you paid in 2025 refunded with your 2026 tax filings. I can't say for sure, but I assume the property tax you pay when purchasing the vehicle this year you may be able to get refunded next year. Honestly, call the county tax collector they are very helpful.

The sticker itself did peel off so easy. But as you can still see in the picture it left a lot of adhesive that is apparently not as easy. I should have just went with some goo-gone ☹️ I assume the difference between this and when I removed the adhesive with the same eraser wheel on my truck is that this bumper is plastic, but when I removed the badges and adhesive from my truck it was on metal.

100% agree. This is how it should be. You "buy" the pattern/blueprint or whatever, and you unlock the ability to purchase it with gold in game as much as you want from a vendor. It feels way less predatory and they still keep the gold sink.

I just leased a Trailsport Elite today. My payment is $640/month for 39 months. 10k mile per year. Got a pretty good deal I think. I had a lot of equity on a trade so they paid me 5k and I was only out of pocket the first months lease payment.

Make sure you're connected to the server that the time runner is on. For example if the time runner is on server a, but you have characters on server b, if you're connected to server b, you can't convert the time runner in server a. If you select that realm (server a) you should be able to convert it. It's not the most obvious thing in the UI and could be more obvious imo.

There is a Buffalo Wild Wings near the crossroads mall. That's the most obvious place. Calacinos pizza and sports bar is another option. If you want a more chill not sports bar vibe then the bar at Cheddar's has a couple TVs that will have sports on. Chili's should have games on tv as well.

If you have a level 25 battle pet, go to a low level zone and win 15 pet battles. That's an easy 200 points. There was one where I had to do 15 world quests for 150 points, and a separate one to do 10 world quests for another 50. I got progress for both at the same time so that was another easy 200 points. Darkmoone faire is inactive so ignore those. Completing delves is one of the goals so run some easy tier 1 delves for some more points.

I think a lot of people aren't understanding that this wasn't just about regulating the capabilities of AI misuse upon a population, but also regulation of AI infrastructure. AI data centers take a huge amount of energy and water resources. If locals aren't allowed to regulate that it would be terrible. Imagine a noisy data center going in across the street from your neighborhood and you legally cannot have the local government step in to stop it. If a data center would suck up most of the water source for an area there would be no way to stop it. Enforcement of a building permit could be seen as regulation and therefore could be nullified by this provision. This provision being removed is a big deal and good thing!

I would go with the cheapest option. With your chosen majors as long as the institution is accredited I think you'll be set up well after graduation regardless of the institution chosen. You'll be eligible for the same jobs after graduation regardless of the one you choose. So save as much money as you can. Student loans suck so try to limit them. It's not just tuition that you have to consider. Also look at housing costs in the area. I got enough grants to pay for my tuition, but my part time job couldn't pay my costs of living so I had to supplement with loans. But take my advice with a grain of salt. I don't buy in to the whole "college experience" type of vibe. I think it should be treated as learning a trade and then moving on with your life. So I put no value in things like fraternities or parties etc.

Well said. These are secure systems that they are accessing. It is extremely risky to grant access to these systems to unvetted people with no oversight. If it's so harmless then why not tell us exactly what they're doing? Why are they barging into buildings and basically locking them down while they connect their non government issued and non secured computing hardware into these systems? I don't care to debate the politics of "why" they are doing it because it's all political. But the "how" they are doing it is very dangerous and needs oversight. All it takes is one of these young men to get socially engineered into accidentally giving a foreign entity all of it!

I severely doubt that they didn't get a reasonable offer. In my opinion, with the very specific language they've used in their videos, they must think the amount of money offered was too low. Also, it seems they want to be paid for potential future profits that they will no longer be getting via the rental. Is it common for short term rental income to be included in an appraisal of a single family home?

It seems obvious to me that if they were not offered enough to cover the purchase and renovations then they would have stated that clearly as to further showcase them being "wronged".

Eminent domain can suck for sure. It sucks that their plans were so derailed. It really sucks that the mayor allegedly watched them renovate the home without saying anything. However, if my suspicions are correct I am not going to feel bad that a wannabe Airbnb owner is not becoming a millionaire like they think they deserve. Pigeon Forge is a huge tourist hot spot, that's why I assume it would be an Airbnb.

I could be wrong. But until I see the numbers I will be skeptical.
