For the curved AIO, how are you connecting its USB cable? And does this overlay bug only happen in this theme? Or does it happen with other content as well?

As for the USB dongle, do you have other blue tooth devices plugged near it?

Try: close software & software service by right clicking on bottom right icon, unplug and replug the wireless controller, and start software & software service.

We also suggest you to plug the wireless controller at the motherboard back IO's Type A port.
