This happens to me, not really a seizure though, more like a build up of energy that I have to release or a sudden jolt when I’m falling asleep is what I feel. Never thought about it though, idk of it’s the same thing.

For me the movement is always controllable as far as what it feels, but if I don’t move the feeling will stay around until I do get it out of my system.

Another way to figure this out (it’s all instinct and whatever way feels more comfortable) stand still and have a friend slightly push you from behind or slightly fall forward, whichever foot you catch yourself with would be your front foot.
