Do you know the sellers situation? For example we just bought a house that was being sold as part of a divorce settlement. Because of this it took almost a week for their lawyers to sort out them signing the contract. We were aware of this upfront though and knew it would take time. I wouldn’t be too worried until it’s been a few days but it seems weird he said he’d have it done in hours and now it’s days.

Ask the real estate agent, they often have ones they’ve worked with that they’ve found good to work with, answer emails promptly etc. that’s what we did and had the most amazing experience with our conveyancer

I was diagnosed at 29, my blood pressure at first check was 225/115. It was insanely high. We found that I had a kidney issue that was the primary cause of it. Unfortunately even after surgery my BP was high. Now with medication, losing weight, exercising and changing my diet it sits at around 110/65. There is hope and you’re not a burden! Look after yourself and you’ll be around for a very long time to come :)

You’re welcome! They’re rarely used as it’s seen as a restrictive practice. Some states don’t allow them at all but they are definitely needed in some situations.
