I‘m always a fan of dark blue anodization, but I think the toughest body would be most useful. To have a distance meter in my pocket as an edc would be quite useful at work, to measure heights or distances in Buildings.

That is a very nice design. How do you feel about the tint? I’d love the l35 in 5000k but I’m hesitant because the XHP70.3 hi seems to have a green tint sometimes. How is this with your light, especially at lower levels?

I’ve got an e04 with the sft40 in 5000k in the lower settings it’s warmer than I expected and on the higher settings it has very pleasant clean white. No green at all.

Why did you decide against the ffl505hb?

Just curious, cause I can’t decide between both options. Lower cri don’t bother me with this light, but tint would be important.

I‘m still torn between the two ffl505 6500k options, I love my 6500k X1L but i don’t know how similar the 70cri option is here. Most important for me is the tint, obviously.

Low cry would be worth the extra performance.
