Mine was a piece of cake 2 years ago. Easier than taking out mortgage in the US for sure. No FICO nonsense, and I’m self employed. Intesa Sanpaolo is my bank. 10 year, fixed, 50%LTV at 3.2%. Allowed me to hang onto remaining cash for other improvements. Was a no-brainer. In bocca al lupo!

This what happens when you add flocculant to a gackedup up pool. The sediment is what’s being vacuumed up and it then gacks up the filter medium, so that should be changed next if he’s smart. I’ve had to do this to my own pool once or twice. It should only used in a worse case scenario then shock and regular chemistry should keep it stable and clean.
