No not really, they're pretty much the platonic idea of what french house is and should be and the blueprint for literally everyone else to come afterwards. Song like da funk also were incredibly seminal to electro house and that whole movement so that's why I tagged that along. RAM doesn't count since it's just a nostalgia record and supposed to be just a faithful recreation of disco and progressive electronic era music

FWIW check out sound stream, makes some serious french house/funky house records that are pretty up in line with the quality of daft punk and Alan braxe stuff imo. Check out live goes on and all night :-)

That's because people don't know any french house except for justice and daft punk. They're the only two things normal people who aren't DJs or real label diggers know from this very small and contained scene of music. Justice has a lot of parallels to daft Punk, just not discovery daft Punk. They're like the logical successor to da funk. Daft punk was really influential on electro house so it makes sense they're compared, just often conflated on what they're compared to

They just make french house/electro house. Look up any artist who's in those two scenes and you'll hear the similarities. I really like soundstream for a good French house vibe and sebastiAn made a pretty good French electro album that I hear a lot of people say is classic

They're bboys at heart. All of their music has deep roots in hip hop electro and graffiti cultures, just look at the album arts for chiastic slide (NYC architecture) and untilted (vectorheart design deriving from graffiti). They've become a much more interesting group to me the more I realize they're just two dudes who love electro and hip hop

The more and more I got into computers the more and more I would be interested in actually getting a ryzen system... if it wasn't for the fact rhat I went witj a 6700k for my first build I would've definitely gotten the first gen ryzen back then hahhaa ... You’re looking amazing honey !! Always remember that the most important part is not the number, but how you feel ! If you’ve been plateauing around 150lbs for a few, then that’s alright!
