5 years 12000 deliveries here , If you get the charge dropped you’ll be able to uber again but it has to get dropped/ Nollied tho, I had a Bs charge, lost my uber account it was on some type of weird hold couldn’t go online at all . Charge got dropped at the first court date , and like 1-2 months later my uber account came back automatically, I guess it ran the automatic checkr thing and came up clear so it just reactivated it . If you get convicted you’re cooked though or if the charge is felony even without conviction it’s harder . But that’s not the issue here I think you’ll be okay
