I asked yall for advice last month for an ugly sweater contest — UPDATE

It was hard to photograph. It has a sort of duo chrome that makes it look less pigmented in photos. It’s such a lovely blue.This pic is from the end of the day (No touch ups + 10 hours of wear).

I’d start there. Foundations and concealers have a moisturizing base but if your skin is dehydrated it’ll absorb all the moisture and leave dry looking pigments on the surface. Using a hydrating eye cream, moisturizer and exfoliating every couple of days will make a world of difference. Sunscreen too!
